Thank you.] Hi, I'm Danelle Cyr and I've been recruiting for almost 10 years. 1.5 years into being a Legal Recruiter, I became the top producer at my 9-office company. I opened the New York office of Kinney Recruiting 4.5 years ago and am a top recruiter here and very much enjoy my current position. I am very good at trying to find the right job for the right person and I find a lot of joy in that. A top 10 law firm recently told me that I am the only good recruiter with whom they work. Another firm told me that I was the only U.S. recruiter they were using on a search for their Tokyo office. (It took me 2 days to find the native-Japanese speaking candidate who eventually filled the position). I've been told, in-person, by several other firms, "you are one of my favorite recruiters" (I've also gotten emails stating this). I wasn't asking for these compliments - they came spontaneously out of general conversations. I take pride in what I do and I am ethical, and I think my success reflects that. They were also affluent and educated. WorldWIT, the parent company, has since closed down but we share a lot of information (and a lot of laughs) for 5 years.
